Reservation and cancellation
You can pass at any time cancellation or modification.
You can also designate a replacement tenant.
All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation fees will be charged to offset any loss of income because we hardly can rent the house.
The costs are the following:

| More than 6 weeks | 100% refund, of the total amount that has been paid | 25% from the rental costs will not be paid back |
| Between 4 and 6 weeks | 100% refund, of the total amount that has been paid | 50% from the rental costs will not be paid back |
| Between 2 and 4 weeks | 100% refund, of the total amount that has been paid | 75% from the rental costs will not be paid back |
| Less than 2 weeks | 100% refund, of the total amount that has been paid | 100% from the rental costs will not be paid back |
It is not refunded in case of force majeure. For example, natural disasters, strikes, war etc.
We may cancel the booking if at death the property must be sold. We will then offer you an alternative. If you do not agree, then the amount paid will be refunded.
We advise our clients to take a cancellation insurance! Please request your insurance agent for details and conditions.
